Urology NP/PA Opportunity in Richland, WA:
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
Start Date: November 1, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Call: Approximately 1:4, including overnight and weekend call
Practice Details
Combination of outpatient clinic and surgical first assist
Providers will assist in surgery at least one day per week
Approximately 22 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Coverage is needed until permanent providers are hired
Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient urology clinic
Surgical first assisting in urologic procedures
Evaluate and manage urology patients
Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage
Collaborate with the urology team in both clinic and surgical settings
Requirements
Board Certified
Active Washington license or compact RN
Active DEA
BLS certification
Outpatient Urology experience is required
Surgical first assist experience is required
Additional Information
Seeking two full-time providers for long-term coverage.
Coverage includes both clinic and call responsibilities.
Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
