The facility features a 14-bed department with both inpatient and outpatient services, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for advanced practice providers.

Job Details:
- Seeking two full-time providers for long-term locum tenens coverage beginning November 2026 until permanent providers are hired
- Coverage includes both outpatient urology clinic and surgical first assisting responsibilities
- Monday through Friday clinic hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) with a one-hour unpaid lunch
- 1:4 call coverage responsibilities including overnight weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with 8 guaranteed hours per day
- Approximately 22 patient encounters per shift
- Providers will assist in surgeries at least one day per week
- Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required
- Active Washington State license or IMLC required
- Board certification required
- Active DEA required
- BLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
- Long-term housing assistance available with pre-approval
