Family Practice Physician Needed in Florida
Start Date: October 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (flexible)
EMR/Charting Software: ECW
Procedures: Bread and Butter outpatient family medicine clinic

FL License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30- 60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
