Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Needed in AZ:
Start Date: September 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
EMR: Athena Practice
Patient Population/Age: all ages, mainly adults

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
