Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine in Seattle, WA
Job description
• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring continuity of care for high-risk pregnancies
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions using advanced prenatal diagnostics, including ultrasound and genetic testing
• Perform full-scope MFM procedures and deliver specialized reproductive health services
• Manage a diverse and high-acuity patient population within a facility supporting over 7,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including OB hospitalists, nocturnists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and MFM ARNPs
• Participate in consultative outreach services to regional locations such as Everett and Issaquah, supporting a broader referral network across the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska
• Provide postpartum care support in coordination with advanced practice providers
• Take part in home call responsibilities with strong 24/7 support from hospital-based teams
• Work within a state-of-the-art environment featuring a 70+ bed NICU and PICU
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of OB/GYN residents through hands-on clinical training
• Maintain high standards of evidence-based care, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Opportunity to utilize or expand skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary: $525,000 – $600,000 (based on experience)
