We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history and risk evaluation
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
Monitor patients throughout procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate patient recovery
Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
