ASAP start once credentialed - 60 days
Ongoing assignment

• Support staff: Hospitalists do the admission. No app support
• Coverage Type: Cath Lab coverage
Providers will be cross credentialed and work between two sites.

Work Details:
EMR: epic
Patient load during 7a-5p: 0-7 max for add on procedures in the Cath Lab
Patient Age Group: Adult
Consult only. Cardiology is not the admitting physician.
Will need to cover STEMIs, cardiac caths, interventions and it's preferred that the provider can perform urgent Acute Pulmonary Emobli. PCI and PE

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: required
• State License(s): PA required
• Certifications: ACLS/BLS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 3
