We are seeking a Locum Tenens Interventional Radiology (IR) Physician to provide on-site coverage at a well-established medical facility in La Plata, MD. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a total of 60 minutes of break time per day. There are no evening, weekend, holiday, or IR call requirements, making it an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a balanced work schedule in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include performing an average of 5–6 procedures per day while reading mixed modality studies between cases, maintaining a total daily volume of approximately 40 RVUs.   Qualifications:   Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Radiology Maryland Medical License (required) Experience in reading trauma scans is preferred but not required Physician-only position; NP or PA candidates will not be considered  Located just south of Washington, D.C., this charming town offers a blend of suburban comfort and easy access to major metropolitan amenities.
