Position Highlights:
•Start and End Date: 12/21-12/24 (extension is likely but no specific dates at this time)
•Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): 1 week, 5x8 per week, no call
•Frequency of any Call needed: NA
•Schedule Details: (start/end times, days of the week, etc): Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with 30-minute unpaid lunch
•Exact dates: Dec 21-24

Work Details:
•Department Description: hospital-based
•Patient Volume: 10-15
•Patient Age Group: adult-geriatric
•EMR/Documentation System: EPIC with Aria platform
•Special Procedures/Unit Details: Candidate will be responsible for new patient consults, follow-ups, OTV, lab review, imaging review.
•Case types include breast, prostate, head and neck, lung, skin, GI/GU, palliative/emergency, tumor bleed, spinal cord compression, brain metastases, SVC syndrome.
•Procedures include CT simulation, CT Planning, 3D conformal planning, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, Electron beam therapy, SBRT, radiosurgical contouring, adaptive replanning decision making.


Requirements:
•Provider type (MD/DO or NP/PA): MD/DO
•Board Certifications Req’d: BC in rad onc required
•Fellowship Req’d: Not required
•State License(s) Req’d: IMLC may be considered
•Certifications Req’d: BLS
