Rad Onc needed in Walla Walla WA! WILL LICENSE WITH IMLC!

Job description

Location: Walla Walla WA
Specialty: Radiation Oncology
Schedule: Looking for a Rad Onc for 1-2 weeks of coverage in October and November and specifically for 12/16-12/27 to cover a vacation. Provider will be working 8 hour shift M-F in the clinic, and working night/weekend call while the perm MD is on vacation.
Work Details:
· Department description: Trauma Level 3 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 3
· Skills required: Intracavitary (i.e. Mammosite), LDR - high dose rate, Linear Accelerator, Conventional/Conformal Therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) - all types, Hyper altered fractionation, Conventional treatment planning, Beam shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification Required
· Will license with IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
