Facility:
This is a comprehensive, progressive cancer center that serves as the regional cancer center for an area encompassing 1.3 million people. The facility houses Medical and Gynecological Oncology all under one roof and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including an all-Varian site with two linear accelerators (TrueBeam and Trilogy), a Siemens Go Sim CT, Aria Electronic Medical Record system, and Eclipse treatment planning system.

Physician - Radiation Oncology
Job Details:
- Locum Tenens opportunity with a flexible schedule of one month on and one month off
- 2.5 FTE practicing Radiation Oncology physicians currently in the practice
- Typical workday is 9 hours with overtime compensation after 9 hours
- Expect 15 to 20 patients per day consisting of follow-up and treatment visits
- Expect two to three consults per day with call coverage taken while in clinic
- Call rotation is one in every four weeks
- Daily on-treatment volumes range from 25 to 30 patients
- Attendance at tumor board is required
- Staffing support includes one on-site dosimetrist, two remote dosimetrists, two on-site physicists, and 3.8 radiation therapists
- Must hold an active Montana license or IMLC license
- Board certification required with BLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 to 90 days
