· Support staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 3 Office Staff
· EMR: Aria
· Bed in department: Clinic Only
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification Required
· License required: Active MO License
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
