Psychologist OR LCSW / LPC Hinsdale, IL (30 min W of Chicago)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Therapist to join our practice part time or full time in Hinsdale, IL. Ideally, we are looking for a Therapist with experience outside of training, who is reliable, compassionate, and a team player who is looking to collaborate with a group of dynamic providers to give our patients the most comprehensive care. The incoming therapist ideally has training with Cognitive behavior therapy and training in ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD or a willingness to learn. In this position, the therapist will work with a mixed population of both adults and children. We will consider a Psychologist, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social worker and LPC’s.

Job Duties:
• Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
• Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
