Hybrid Psychiatrist for Physician Owned Ketamine Practice (Equity Option) - Fairfax, VA

Physician-Owned Outpatient Psychiatry & Ketamine Practice in the DMV area! With 8 years of providing exceptional patient care, we're a leader in our field, spearheaded by a triple board-certified Psychiatrist and Pain Physician. We're seeking a highly motivated team player with outstanding bedside manner to join our innovative team.

ABOUT US & OUR NEEDS:
Exciting opportunities for Part-time (24 hours/week, Mon, Wed, Fri in-person) and Full-time (40 hours/week, 3 days in-person, 2 days remote) positions available. We offer a flexible schedule and a highly competitive salary, reflective of the market.

Your role will focus on medication management in outpatient general psychiatry, treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar, ADHD, and addiction. You'll also supervise mid-level practitioners (NPs and PAs). Candidates with multiple licenses and DEA's are preferred, though not mandatory - we will assist with obtaining licenses and credentialing for you.

We cover malpractice and medical licensing fees, and our dedicated admin team handles all administrative work. We do not work with Medicare or Medicaid patients andere's no disability paperwork.
