Physician - Physiatry (PM&R) Bay City, MI

Patients per day: 10-20
Staff Support: This is a 20-bed inpatient rehab unit. The physician will cover face to face visits, admissions, discharges, IPOCs, and lead Team Conference.
Current EHR: CERNER

Procedures/Skills required:
Physiatrist, PAPE/H & P, TBI, Stroke, Amputations, Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Board Certified (No BE) - Required
MI License - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
BLS - Required
Provider must be local - REQUIRED, no exceptions
Must have clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED no exceptions
Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
Must be available for above dates - Required
