About the facility

This community-based behavioral health and social services organization delivers psychiatric and intensive case management services to adults through supportive and project-based housing programs. Rather than operating from a single traditional outpatient clinic, clinicians travel to scattered-site supportive housing locations to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care to adults receiving intensive behavioral health services. The multidisciplinary team includes case management staff, RNs, and NPs to support coordinated, continuous care delivery.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide part-time outpatient psychiatric services for an adult population within a community-based supportive housing setting, working day shifts totaling 10 hours per week on-site, inclusive of travel time and note completion. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations (45-60 minutes each) and medication management follow-up appointments (10-30 minutes each) for adults receiving FSP-level behavioral health services. Clinicians will visit 1-3 sites per day, with a daily patient volume of 9-15 patients. Credentialing for this assignment takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Call requirements are negotiable.
