Job description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Provider to join our team and provide services in rural Colorado. As a clinician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in need of mental health assistance in underserved communities. In addition to offering counseling services in rural areas, you will also have the opportunity to provide support within school-based systems, helping students navigate their emotional well-being and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality outpatient services to individuals in need, utilizing evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress towards goals
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Colorado
Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, preferably in a rural or underserved community
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Commitment to cultural humility, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of care
Drug Screen and Background check required
