LocumTenens.com Announces New Senior Vice President of Customer Operations and Senior Vice President of Information Services

Alpharetta, Ga., June 20, 2018—LocumTenens.com, a full-service locum tenens staffing agency has announced the promotions of Brooke Thompson to Senior Vice President, Customer Operations and Susanne Hodges to Senior Vice President, Information Services.

Brooke Thompson began her career with Jackson Healthcare, LocumTenens.com's parent company, as a college intern in the summer of 2002. In 2004, she was hired by the Customer Care department at LocumTenens.com and swiftly moved up the management ladder. She was promoted to Director of the Customer Care division in 2006 and to Vice President in 2011. As Senior Vice President of Customer Operations, her responsibilities include quality management for the company and oversight of various departments, including Customer Care, Credentialing and Verification, Licensing and Travel. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Susanne Hodges joined LocumTenens.com in 2017 as Vice President of Customer Experience and Innovation, where she focused on LocumTenens.com's clients and providers to address their needs and enhance customer experience. As Senior Vice President of Information Services, she now leads the transformation of LocumTenens.com's approach to technology, innovation, data analytics and customer experience. Prior to joining LocumTenens.com, Hodges spent 15 years working across a variety of industries with a focus in customer experience, strategic planning and business transformation. Susanne received her undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
