New: Plastic Surgery Opportunity in Metro/Suburban Pittsburgh, PA!!
Highly regarded Plastic Surgeon is approaching retirement within the next 2-3 years and would like to partner with a colleague to transition the practice and establish reputation with the patient base. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right plastic surgeon to fast track to a primarily cosmetic practice located on a resort-like setting in suburb of Pittsburgh, with a satellite office in the trendiest area of Pittsburgh, PA. Potential candidate should be a board certified plastic surgeon with the skills, desire and ability to take over a 35 year primarily cosmetic practice with a large patient base and excellent reputation. Five plus years' experience and knowledge of running a practice is a distinct advantage. Investment in multi-specialty surgery center is an option.
Practice Setting: Solo practitioner operating in a physician owned multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center.
Joining One plastic surgeon, one OR physician assistant in the plastic practice, physician assistant and nurse practitioner in the medical spa
Call: Variable - no greater than 1 weekend per month
Large patient base (40,000+), 80% cosmetic patients, 20% reconstructive patients.
Requirements: Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, member of ASPS, ASAPS a plus
Payor Mix: Mostly self-pay cosmetic, some commercial insurance, very little Medicare, no Medicaid
Patient Volume: Estimated 10 new patients and 15 follow up patients per office hours, 2 days in office hours per week.
Compensation: Competitive starting salary with attractive performance-based incentive and bonus structure focused around collections.
Benefits include Malpractice provided by company, CME 5 days to be used for professional meetings and seminars. $3,000.00 towards CME fees.
