· Special procedures: Surgical Assist, in-office pre-operative and post-operative care, and management highly preferred
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
