Locum Physiatrist needed in Washington

Location: WA
License: Active WA or IMLC/LOQ
Rate: Hourly, beeper fee, callback rate
LOA: Start date target is March 2025-Ongoing until fully staffed, 6 months+
EMR: EPIC
Certs: BC-PM&R, with experience
Schedule: M-F weekly, 9a-5p, or 4-5 days a week/32-40 hours a week. Will split schedule with multiple locums, prefer 1. Weekend rounding when on call
Call: 5p-9a, 5 weeknight shifts a month, weekend call once a month, Call is for inpatient rehab and clinic mostly by phone.
Volume: 12 ppd, with another provider in clinic
