Job description

• Support staff: The team consists of rehabilitation physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case management. Other team members may include nutritional services, pharmacy, wound care, and respiratory
• Coverage Type: fulltime
• Schedule Details: Mon-Fri; 7a-4p

Work Details:

• Patient Age Group: adult and 80% geriatric
• Procedures: inpatient rehab experience is preferred.

• Board Certifications Req’d: PMR
• State License(s): NC required
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90
