Assignment Details:

Specialty: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Start Date: 11/27/2025 or as soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

Schedule:

Thursday, Nov 27 – Sunday, Nov 30, 2025

Friday, Dec 19, 2025 – Thursday, Jan 1, 2026

Round on patients Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 3/4 PM (full coverage 7 AM – 7 PM)

Work Details:

Setting: Inpatient acute rehab unit, hospital-based

Department: 18-bed acute rehab unit on 2nd floor of acute hospital

Patient Population: Adult

Patients per Day: Average 10–12, max up to 18

Support Staff: Nursing, Intake Team, PT, OT, SLP, Specialty Consults

Responsibilities:

Admit patients to rehab unit

Complete all inpatient rehab documentation (H&P, 4-day POC, team conference notes, progress notes for change in status 3x/week, discharge summary)

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required in PM&R

License: Active Missouri license

DEA: Required

Experience: New graduates considered; experience preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: Temporary privileges available; 30–45 days for full credentialing
