Job Summary

CES, Inc is seeking Board Certified PM&R physicians who are licensed to practice in Hawaii to evaluate patients who are applying for benefits. The provider would ONLY be doing evaluations and not treating patients. There is no follow up, no prescribing, no on-call. We work around your schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties
PM&R Physicians will evaluate patients who are referred by CES, Inc. clients. The examinees will be interviewed by the physician and a full body exam will be performed. The medical physician will then dictate findings onto a phone dictation system (or type their own reports) and provide an opinion as to what the examinee's ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, etc.

These examinations are NOT workers compensation related. The physician does NOT decide whether a patient has a disability or not. The Physician does not decide or recommend whether or not the examinee qualifies or should get benefits. The physician only provides an opinion of the examinee's ability to perform work-related activities and lastly this is an administrative decision that our clients will make with the help of your report.

Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Hawaii medical license
Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Must have your own practice/clinic to see patients
