Permanent Pediatrician Needed for Outpatient Clinic in Yakima, Washington | OPEN TO NEW GRADS!

• Start Date: May 2025, or as soon as credentialed
• Position Type: FTE, W2, Salaried
• Schedule/Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM, though a 4x10 schedule is preferred.
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days
• Patient Volume: ~18-20 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: 15 MAs and RNs

Job Overview:
• We are seeking a Permanent Pediatrician for an outpatient clinic in Yakima, WA. This role is 100% outpatient- no call, no rounding, no attending deliveries, and no after-hours or weekend work. You will be joining a well-supported team, working with a diverse pediatric patient population in a busy outpatient setting. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and "hit the ground running" with their experience in pediatric care.

Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient care to pediatric patients
• Perform common pediatric procedures (no special procedures required, but circs and LARC insertion/removal skills are a plus)
• Ensure timely and accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies
• Participate in clinic activities, including orientation and onboarding

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Preferred, though will considered truly Board-Eligible candidates
• License: Active Washington state medical license
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS required, others preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred, but will consider new grads with strong pediatric interest
