Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8a-5p; 40 hours per week
Additional Work Details: Comfortable treating newborns to Age 18

WA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
