Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch
Schedule: Monday-Friday , Seattle clinic can be part time
Work Details:
· Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week, option for part time.
· Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 21 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.
· Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
· Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus.- Translation services on site
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
· Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage and lodging.
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE
· License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
· DEA: Active WA DEA required
