• Physicians are working in the nursery 7 days on/7 days off - 8 hour shifts.
• Average number of patients: 10-15
• Support Staff: Residents rotating within the nursery. Neonatologists are available for back up if needed. APP coverage as well.
• Emergency/Temp. Privileges': 60-90 day credentialing
