Job description

• February start
• 3 to 6 month assignment
• 14-18 patients per day
• Schedule: M-F- either 4: 10 hour shifts or 5: 8 hour shifts
• Facility hours are 7:30a-7:30p
• Physicals, Sick and Well, Medication Refills
• 1 MA or LPN working with Physician
• Active PA License, DEA
• EMR is E Clinical
• Potentially open to T&L
• 30-45 day credentialing(if credentialed with payors)
