Locums Pediatrician Needed in Astoria, OR

Start date: 12/1/2024
• Coverage Type: scheduled clinic hours and call
• Schedule Details: Clinic hours will be - 4-10h days. 2 weeks/month. Taking call for one weekend, and 1-2 days during the week
Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: cerner
• Avg. Daily Census: 20 patients/day, 20 & 40-minute slots.
• Beds: 25-bed
• Patient Age Group: newborn-17 years
• Procedures: May encounter while on call - ER Consults, Inpatient rounds, Intubating/Stabilizing for transport (to Portland, OR), Nursery rounds (Level I nursery), Presence at C-Sections/Deliveries
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC required
• State License(s): OR required
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: Physician must have worked in the clinic setting within the past 2 years.

• 4x10 hour shifts, 2 weeks per month
• Call one weekend per month and 1-2 week nights
• Clinic and inpatient responsibilities
