New Pediatric Locum Need for Urgent Care in Ohio!

Multiple Locations in OH: Mansfield, Warren, Boston Heights, and Akron
Support staff: Nurses APP ancillary.
Coverage Type: Scheduled + No call.
Schedule Details: 1.9 FTE or 255 hours (7 days a week)

Facility Type: Urgent Care
Vaccines Mandatory?: Covid, Flu
EMR: EPIC - Technology: On My Way POCT Imaging basic
Avg. Daily Census: ranges from 20-60 at different sites
Patient Age Group: 0 up to 26
Procedures: Dermabond for suturing or direct to ED - unit can complete pulse ox, VS, oral medication administration

Additional details: they are low acuity patients. Like what is seen in the pediatrician's office. We don’t do much suturing they use Dermabond or redirect pts. to the ED. Any high acuity pts that would come to UC would be redirected to ED or 911 called to have EMS take them to the ED. Our nurses and APPs are well-educated and a fabulous team to work with. Board Certifications: Required
State License(s): OH
Certifications: PALS
CSR Req’d: Required
DEA Req’d? Required
Years of Experience Req’d: 1-2 with urgent care experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
