Job description

Provider may be asked to float between all clinics in Fayetteville.
EMR: Office Practicum
Active NC state license + Active Medicaid required
M-F
8:30AM-5PM
BC/BE required
25 PPD max
Certs: BLS, PALS, DEA
1 MA per provider
30 days credentialing timeframe
Bread and Butter pediatrics. (Some behavioral/mental cases such as ADD/ADHD)
Cryotherapy for wart removal

• M-F 8:30-5:00pm
• 30 days credentialing
• T&L available ; highly prefer NC locals
