• Facility is in need of FT PED or PEDNP
• BE/BC
• Provider MUST be cleared w/ medicare/medicaid
• Provider is leaving at the beginning of May
• MUST have at least 1 year of experience to be considered
• ASAP-Ongoing
• Schedule: M-F and every other Saturday
• Hours: 8:30a-4:30p, but Thurs is 10a-6p
• Providers MUST be able to do a minimum of 3 days a week
• 15-20 patients a day
• Newborns - 18 years old
• EMR-Athena
• Support staff: 1:1 MA, w/ RN and LPN to assist
• Appointments and Walk-ins, normal visits including Diabetic and Obesity populations, other staff on-site
• NOT open to T&L at this time, open to considering mileage reimbursement
• ~30 day credentialing
