Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 20-30 shifts over 60 days
Practice Setting: Home Health
Assignment Details: Patient Population: Pediatrics (18 years and younger); Volume: 20–30 patients over 60 days
License: Compact/IMLC License Strongly Preferred *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified; Minimum 1 Year of Experience; Compact/IMLC providers strongly encouraged
Credentialing: Approximately 2 weeks
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
