Job description

Qualifications:

• Degree/Education:

shall be a qualified Doctor of Medicine, trained in the practice of medicine or surgery who has completed a residency in Pediatric Medicine

• Certifications

current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate,

Neonate Resuscitative Program (NRP),

Drug Enforcement Administration number (DEA)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate

• Experience:

shall have a minimum of one (1) year Emergency room consultation experience within the last five (5) years, which includes the care of patients <18 Y/O and newborns. Recent completion of Residency/Fellowship can be counted towards experience.

• Board Certification:

Shall be American Board of Pediatric Medicine certified or eligible and must obtain certification within a year and maintain throughout the period of employment.

• Licensure/Registration:

Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license in any of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the United States Virgin Islands
