New Pediatrician Needed in Chicago!

Job description

Contract Length: 6 months with option to extend
Schedule:
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 1st and 3rd Monday of the month: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 2nd and 4th Monday of the month: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Details:
• 20-24 patients per day
• No rounding, just clinic hours
• Some supporting staff
• General pediatrics
• Will need to perform circumcisions
• Seeing well and sick baby visits, and physicals for ages newborn to 17
EMR: Athena
Practice Setting: FQHC
Board Certification: BE or BC
State License Required: IL license required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Flexible Scehduling
