Job description

• 3 months to start- could extend
• MUST BE FT
• Will be working in the newer facility at 6250 cottage grove in Chicago
• 3 week cred
• M-F 8-5- required-
• If open to it they could also work 5pm-8pm on Monday and Wednesday. Every 4th Saturday 8-12 to supplement the M-F 8-5- this is a conversation to be had once they have been presented/ interviewed
• PPD- 20
• Support staff- 1:1 ratio for MAs and RNs
• Presentations go to Jim
• NO T&L
• BLS is required
