Portland, Oregon Pediatric Assignment

Job description

• 12-18 PT per day
• 9-5 4 days a week Thursday off
• EMR-office practicum
• Birth to 18 years old PT seen
• Late October start- 10/28 through end of December
• Cred 30 days
• Support staff full of MA’s
• Open to NP/PA and Pediatrician
• Will take FM with PED experience
• 2 month assignment; 2nd month they will just need provider for 3 days a week.
• 1st month on call will be just 2 week days during the month and 3 weekend day, total of 5 days in the month. No on call for 2nd month
• On call is 7a-11p on the weekends and 5p-11p for the weekday nights
• The on call is just advice calls
• One stop shop interview; POC of will be the only conducting the interviews.
• Time off is for maternity leave
