PICU Physician Assistant Needed in Dallas, Texas! Willing To License

Specialty: Critical Care Pediatric
Location: Dallas, Texas
Start Date: July 2025
Contract Length: 13 week contract with option to extent
Schedule:
• Min 4-6 shifts per 4-week block
• Variable – days, evenings, nights, & weekends as part of a 24/7/365 coverage model
• Current shifts include:
10-hour evenings (1300-2300)
12-hour Days/Nights (0700-1900, 1900-0700)
• Call: In-house night call responsibilities are shared among all team members who have completed orientation to nights.
Work Details:
• Specialty skills and procedures: Arterial line placement, Central Venous Line Placement, Chest Tube Placement, Endotracheal Intubation, Lumbar Puncture, PICC Placement
• Patients per day: PICU: 4-6 patients during the day; night call includes all patients assigned to the team at checkout as well as any new admission assigned to team.
• EMR: Epic
Requirements:
• Certifications: BLS, PALS NPR
• Texas Licenses: Yes, Willing to License
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
