Physician Assistant Pediatric Critical Care Need in NYC

Job description

This facility is seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a, 7 days weekly, including holidays and weekends.
Job Setting: Hospital
Types of Cases :Arterial puncture, nasoduodenal placement (NDT), removal of chest tubes, arterial lines, and central venous lines, and lumbar puncture. Extubation and removal of temporary pacing wires preferred (not required).
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Must be Board Certified
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC

• 6 months with option to extend
• 12 hour shifts
