Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an assignment serving vulnerable and underserved populations, including migrant and refugee communities. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who thrive in fast-paced outpatient settings and are passionate about community-based care.

Position Details
* Specialty: Pediatrics
* Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension
* Schedule: Monday-Friday
* Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* 40 hours per week

Practice Setting
* Outpatient ambulatory Community Health Center
* Newborn through pediatric patient population
* Average of 16 patients per day
* EPIC EMR
* Fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical independence

Support & Resources
* Dedicated medical assistant assigned to each provider
* Onsite pediatricians at most clinics
* Reception staff, mental health therapists, and dietitians available
* Interpreter services onsite
* Bilingual providers encouraged but not required

Requirements
* Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Active Washington license required
* Active Washington DEA required
* EPIC experience required
* Clean background required
* COVID and flu vaccination required

Credentialing Timeline
* Approximately 2–3 weeks
