New Jersey FQHC Needs a FT or PT FNP or PEDNP

Job description

• FNP or PEDNP
• ASAP – Ongoing
• Mon-Fri, but willing to take 3 days a week for PT provider.
• 20-24 patients per day
• Prefer a provider that can see all ages
• Youngest patient seen: Whatever the provider is comfortable w/ but must see some children
• Basic outpatient primary care (sick and well visits)
• No Procedures, No Call
• EMR: NextGen
• Full support staff
• Must have active state license & DEA
• Will consider mileage for right kind of candidate
