ASAP start- 3-6 month contract with option to extend- 45-60 days for credentials
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm- No call
Setting: Clinic
Daily Responsibilities: Will see a mix of baby and child visits and immunizations. Also will be conducting Physicals for healthy 9-12 year olds
Patients Per Day: Estimated 25-28
EMR: EPIC
NPs or PAs accepted
Must have an active CA state license

• W-2 Contract Assignment- Benefits available
• Full-time coverage-6 months with option to extend
• October/November start date
