The typical caseload includes an average of one callback per day, two newborn admissions per day, and a daily on-call load of 2-3 cases. Required skills include neonatal resuscitation, occasional extra-digit ligation, circumcisions, and the ability to accept emergency department calls, along with all other skills related to pediatric practice.
