ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2843405
• Location: East of Louisville, KY
• Start date: August
• Length of Commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: one week/month (Monday-Monday)
• Call requirements: night call & weekend call
• Support staff: RNs, other physicians
• Shift Details: 1/2 day clinic M-F with inpatient rounding, night call after 6 hours of work on site
• Patients per day: 4-6 patients/day in clinic. Generally rounding on 2-6 patients daily
• Patient population/age: 0-18
• Department description: Dept covers all peds GI, including upper & lower GI
• EMR: Epic
• Special procedures: EDG & colonoscopies
• Required: Board Certified, Active KY license or IMLC, DEA, BLS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• One week per month
