Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Looking for one Peds Gastro provider (with comfort in Neonatal ICU cases) to cover clinic and call from
12/20 7am - 1/7/25 at 7 am. Clinic during the week 8:30a-5p, with Night call. 24 hour call during the weekends.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe:

• 13 weeks with option to extend
