Pediatric Anesthesiologists Needed in Ft. Myers, FL | Competitive Pay & Travel Stipends

Job description

Location: Ft. Myers, FL

Start Date: ASAP (After Privileges, March at the earliest)

End Date: Ongoing

Work Schedule:
5x8 hour days (40 hours/week)
Some weekends and call required (post-call is off)
Must be open to both in-house and beeper call (q3 schedule)

Cases:
PEDS (Up to 60-70%) and Adult cases
ENT, Ortho, General, Ophtho, Dental, Urology, Some Neuro
Peds age range: 0 days and up (mostly healthy, some sick)
Peds cases include tubes, tonsils, and more complex procedures

Anesthesia Model: Medically Directed (CRNAs)

EMR: Epic

Multiple sites within the hospital system

Number of MDs: 5 other Peds Anesthesiologists (30 total MDs)

Number of CRNAs: 25 Pediatric CRNAs (80 total CRNAs)
