Locum - Physician - Pediatrics in Bad Axe, MI

Looking for a Pediatrician to cover call 24/7 with the exception of a few shifts per month. Dates listed below!
Nov 27 (7am) – Dec 1 (7am)
Nursery Level I - Routine newborn care required

Documentation system is CPSI/EVIDENT

*Please Note:
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
It is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
ALL providers are to stay at the Hospitality House only. Prior approval is required for alternate lodging.
Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved
Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR

Board Certified Pediatrics - Required
MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
BLS & PALS - Required
Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy.
