Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) Mesa, AZ

We are looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) physician to join our multidisciplinary group full time in Mesa, AZ. We are multispecialty practice with locations across the east valley and we are looking for a physician to help us provide high quality care to our patients within those practices. Ideally, we are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) who enjoys working with a multispecialty team, for a multipronged approach to care with a focus on orthopedic/musculoskeletal issues. For almost 20 years, we have been proudly serving the community and due to our fantastic reputation, we continue to grow.

Duties:
• Performing orthopedic / spinal focused evaluations
• Ordering and interpreting imaging
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Performing non-surgical Injections (Flouro guided large joint, Ultrasound guided tendon/muscle/ligament, Viscosupplementation, Steroid, and Orthobiologics) (Spine or SI injection would be a plus)
• Recommending in-house physical therapy
• Orthopedic Bracing (DME)
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Regular patient follow up and reexams to ensure progress
• Documentation- timely and accurate
