Job description

ENT Locum Opportunity – Tulsa, OK

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center
Start Date: ASAP after credentialing
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Reason for Need: Backfill for a provider departing in October, with additional volume to support both providers during the transition.
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Mix of clinic and scheduled surgery
Weeknight and weekend call rotation approximately 1:3 (flexible)
Practice Details

Bread-and-butter ENT practice
No trauma
No head & neck oncology
Procedures scheduled through designated surgery block time
Mid-level providers manage inpatient rounding
Expected patient volume: 20–30 patients per day
Credentialing

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Clinic and Weekend Call
• Bread and Butter ENT w/ NO TRUAMA & NO HEAD/NECK
